Fire-Sketched Bamboo Didgeridoos

Historians believe that the first didgeridoos were made out of bamboo more than 30,000 years ago. These run about 47”-48” long with a diameter of about 2”-3”. The mouth of the didge is dipped in a 50/50 mixture of palm and batik waxes which provides a very comfortable seal. Many times the artisans sketch a design at random without following any particular repeated pattern. We therefore can’t guarantee a specific design, although we assure you that the design you will receive will be impressively hand-painted and great-sounding.
